Our Staff:
- All staff are Qualified and the management team have a proven track record.
- Our Room Leaders and Early Years Educators are trained to a minimum of FETAC Level 5 or higher and have training and experience specifically in relation to childcare.
- All our staff are qualified in the Early Years, ranging from QQI Level 5 to Degree Level 8.
- We take training and up-skilling of our staff extremely seriously and regular in-house training provided to our staff include: “First Aid”, “Food Handling”, “Manual Handling”, Child Protection” and “Fire Safety”.
- We adhere to all aspects of both Health Board regulations & the Childcare Acts, and we are active members of Early Childhood Ireland. In addition we work closely with Tusla, EHO and Cork City & County Childcare staff and management.
